How to Install ANAT?

  1. Download and instal compatible Cytoscape versions
    Currently ANAT is compatible with Cytoscape versions 3.8.0 to 3.9.1.
  2. Download ANAT and place it in the CytoscapeConfiguration/3/apps/installed folder in your home directory.
  3. Start Cytoscape.
    ANAT menus will be available in a separate tab in Cytoscape's control pane.
