Overview

The theory of computation group at Tel Aviv University conducts basic research in various topics of theoretical computer science, with a particular emphasis on complexity theory, algebraic complexity, cryptography, property testing, communication complexity, coding theory and quantum computation.

The group is funded by several European and Israeli research grants, and currently includes several faculty members, Ph.D. and M.Sc. students (see the people page for a full list).

We also run a weekly theory lunch and seminar: see the events page for the schedule of upcoming talks and an archive of previous talks.
