NetworkBlast Download

The NetworkBLAST software allows identifying protein complexes in protein-protein interaction networks. It can analyze a single network or two networks from different species. In the latter case NetworkBLAST outputs a set of complexes that are evolutionarily conserved across the two networks.

Currently we supply a binary of NetworkBlast compiled for Linux x86 platform.
The binary is statically linked and you shouldn't have problems running it on any linux distribution.
There are no exotic hardware requirement, we've successfully run it on AMD XP2500+ 1GB, Intel XEON 3Ghz 3GB and others.
