Figure 5.11: The Psi Blast Output: The area in each hit which align to the query is shown graphically in its right position. Hits are ordered in descending score order. Below the graphic description there are detailed lines for each hit. Those lines are identical to the BLAST output hit lines except the check boxes in the first columns. Those boxes allow the selection of the hits that will used to build the position specific score matrix for the next iteration.
