DiVa –
Diffusion Imaging Visualization and Analysis toolbox for Matlab.
DiVa is a Matlab
program that includes a complete pipeline for the analysis and visualization of
Diffusion MRI data. The toolbox supports data collected on GE or Bruker scanners, but can also be applied on Analyze .img format images.
The toolbox was developed to
serve specific laboratories, but is general enough to fit many diffusion
research related demands.
Currently there is no
organized documentation for the toolbox. Some of the code is commented.
In this pdf,
the use of the default pipe line is explained along with some screenshots. This
pipeline will take data as Dicom files (from a 3T
GE), smooth it, correct for motion, segment it, perform DTI, perform tractography and activate a GUI for ROI manipulations.
It is advised to first read
the short documentation: DiVaDoc.pdf
DiVa can be Downloaded by submitting the form below. The download link will be sent to the supplied email.
