For the past years I have been interested in research in computer
graphics and its implications in medical devices and applications with special
attention to user interface and interactions. My M.Sc thesis was done under the
supervision of professor Daniel
Cohen Or from the School of Computer
Science in Tel-Aviv University. It was
focused on Visibility
Streaming and Occlusion Culling for Client Server Systems. Later I have
joined the medical device industry in developing innovative therapeutic
solutions based on image guidance. The fields of medical imaging, 3D computer
graphics and algorithms and simplified user interaction leads to research that
are challenging but at the same time rewarding when implemented for benefit of
patients.
