My research integrated 3 areas: Computer Science, Life Sciences, and Science Education. More specifically, we explore efficient ways to integrate computational thinking into the Life Sciences curriculum and labs.
2004 – 2006: M.Sc., Computer Science (Bioinformatics), the Computer Science department, Technion, Israel, under the supervision of Prof. Ron Pinter (CS) and Prof. Yona Kassir (Biology).
Thesis title: "Faithful Modeling of Transient Behavior in Developmental Pathways".
