Title: A new algorithm for the extraction of non-contiguous code

Abstract:

In this talk, Moshe will present the results of his Master's project in
which he has designed and implemented a new algorithm for the extraction of
arbitrary sets of (not necessarily contiguous) statements. This algorithm
can be used for the construction of advanced method extraction refactoring
tools and for the elimination of code clones. Moshe will also report on the
results of a preliminary experiment demonstrating the power of this new
algorithm.
