Chocolate Biscuit Cake -

My Mother, Mirjam Pinkhof's, Recipe

Serves 15-20:

A favorite over the years, sure success, everybody loves it and even I can prepare it in less than 10 minutes.  No cooking! 

a.  Margarine, unsalted!! - 3 oz (180 gr),
b.  cocoa - 2 full TBS,
c.  1 Pack of biscuit (Petite Beurre, Osborne biscuits, or Marie) 250 gr, 
d.  sugar 3/4 of a cup,
e.  2 eggs,
f.  (optional) 2-3 drops of vanilla (Liesbeth's addition).
g.  (optional) tea spoon of rom (Liesbeth's addition).

Instructions: 

1.  Crush the biscuits to bite-size pieces, 
2.  Mix good with the sugar and cocoa, 
3.  throw in 2 eggs, mix again,
4.  melt the margarine in a pan on the stove until it is very HOT (boiling hot) !!,
5.  Mix it all together very well,
6.  Put in a loaf pan and into the fridge for an hour (faster in the freezer).
