I graduated from
Stanford University with a Ph.D. in
Computer Science and a Ph.D. minor in
Linguistics. My research area was Natural Language Processing, specifically: How to make computers understand the meaning of texts
precisely. My advisor was
Stanley Peters, and I collaborated with
Dick Crouch and the
NLTT group at the
Palo Alto Research Center. You can read more about my research project here:
Precise
Understanding of
Language by
Computers.
Before Stanford, I worked as a software engineer at
Baobab Technologies, building dialogue systems for domains such as banking and travel reservations. I also got a BS and MS in
Computer Science from
Tel Aviv University.
Currently working in R&D at
IntuView.
